Terms of service

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

If you create an organization and invite others, you are responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them.

2. What the service does

Gralus tracks search rankings and AI assistant answers, checks your website, suggests tasks, drafts articles, landing pages and SEO fixes, and publishes to your WordPress site after a person on your team approves each item.

Nothing is published to your website without approval, and published changes can be undone from the app. You remain the editor and owner of your website and its content.

Rankings, AI answers and recommendations are based on third-party data and automated analysis. They are estimates, not guarantees of results.

3. Your websites and content

You may only add websites you own or are authorised to manage, and only connect the plugin to WordPress sites you are allowed to publish on.

You own the content you create, approve and publish. You give us the licence needed to store, process and display it to run the service. Drafts produced with AI are provided as a starting point; review them before approving, because you are responsible for what goes live on your site.

You must not use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content, to spam, or to attack or scrape other people's websites.

4. Plans, trials and payment

New accounts get a free trial with the limits of the plan chosen at sign-up. After the trial, the plan renews monthly or yearly until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude any taxes that apply.

You can change or cancel your plan any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

If a payment fails we will email you and may pause tracking and publishing until it is settled.

5. Fair use and limits

Each plan includes a number of websites, keywords, AI questions, articles and pages. We may slow or pause accounts that go far beyond those limits or that put an unreasonable load on the service or on other people's websites.

6. The WordPress plugin

The plugin is licensed under the GPL v2 or later. It only acts on signed requests from your Gralus account, creates and updates content it has been asked to publish, and never deletes content. You can disconnect or uninstall it at any time; content already published stays on your site.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it; see the status page for current health. We may add, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that remove something you rely on.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, do not pay, or put the service or others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. After an account ends, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, lost traffic, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

12. Contact

Gralus · [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Gralus is established; disputes go to the courts there unless consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.
