Who gets named, and how

ChatGPT and Gemini answers are collected from the chat apps, the way a real customer sees them, with ChatGPT searching the web. Perplexity answers come from its API. For each answer Gralus records every business named, its place in the answer and the tone of the mention.

Which assistants are checked?+

ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, once a week for every question you track.

What counts as a question?+

Something a customer types into an AI assistant, such as “Who is the best emergency dentist in Austin?”. Gralus suggests questions from your services and areas when you set up a site.

Can I see an answer straight away?+

Yes. “Collect now” asks up to 10 questions right away, up to 3 times per site per day. These come from each assistant's API, so they can differ a little from the weekly ones.

Does Gralus change what AI says?+

No one can edit an AI answer directly. Assistants repeat what they find on the web, so Gralus helps you publish clear pages that answer the questions, and shows which sites they cite.
