How drafts become live pages, and how to undo.

Where drafts come from

Articles and landing pages are drafted by Gralus from your brand profile and the tasks it found. SEO fixes change the title and description of an existing page. You and your team can also write drafts by hand.

Reviewing

Open Approvals. Each draft shows the full text, the search snippet preview and any warnings (too short, missing call to action). Edit anything, then Approve & publish, or Reject with a note.

Publishing

Approved items are sent to WordPress immediately. Articles become published posts; landing pages become pages; SEO fixes update the live page's title and description. A site can publish up to 20 items a day.

Undo

On any published item click Undo. Articles and pages are unpublished (set to draft in WordPress); SEO fixes restore the previous title and description. Nothing is deleted.

Client approval links

Agencies can send clients a password-protected link that shows the drafts waiting and lets them approve or send back with a note, without an account. Settings → Share links → “Let the viewer approve”.
