What goes on the list

• Problems found by the site check, grouped by type (broken links, missing descriptions, slow pages…).
• Questions where a competitor is named in AI answers more often than you.
• Keywords close to page one (positions 4–15) and keywords that dropped this week.
• Setup gaps: brand profile, competitors, WordPress connection.
• Drafts waiting for approval.

The score

Each task gets a score from 1 to 100: expected gain for the effort. Errors on many pages, big ranking drops and high-volume quick wins score highest. The list is re-planned after every site check and at least once a day.

Done, dismissed, resolved

Mark a task done when you have handled it, or dismiss it if it does not apply — neither comes back. Tasks whose cause disappears on the next check are marked resolved automatically.
