Share links and reports

Read-only dashboards and weekly email reports for clients.

Share links

Settings → Share links. Pick the pages to include, add a password and an expiry if you like. The link opens a read-only version of the dashboard. View counts are shown; revoke any link at any time.

Weekly report

Reports shows the email that goes out every Monday (or monthly on the 1st) to the addresses you set: AI visibility and Google movement, site health, competitor gaps and drafts waiting. Send a test to yourself first.

Your branding

On the Agency plan, Settings → Organization lets you set the name, logo and colour that appear on share links and report emails, and hide “Made with Gralus”.
