Team

Invite colleagues with a role: admin (everything), editor (drafts and approvals), viewer (read only). Owners can change roles and the plan.

Clients

Give clients a share link to the pages they care about, with approval rights if you want them to sign off drafts themselves. Schedule the weekly report to their address. Everything carries your branding.
