Google Search Console

Connect it in two clicks for real clicks, impressions and positions from Google, free.

What you get

Search Console is Google's own report of how your site does in search: which queries show it, how often, where it ranks and how many people click. It is free and the most accurate source there is. Gralus imports it daily and shows it on the Search traffic page, the Overview and in the task list.

Connect

Settings → Search Console → Connect Google Search Console. Choose the Google account that has the site in Search Console and allow read-only access. Gralus picks the matching property; if the account has several, you choose one.

The permission is read-only and you can remove it at any time at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access.

What happens next

The first import pulls the last 90 days. After that the newest 10 days are refreshed every day, because Google revises recent numbers and the latest 2–3 days are always missing.

  • Search traffic page: clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position, a daily chart, top queries and top pages, each compared with the period before.
  • Quick wins: queries at positions 4–15 with real impressions. These move first when the title, description or page content improves.
  • Tasks: the planner adds "Move … onto page 1" and "Clicks fell on …" tasks from this data.
  • Tracked keywords: with no paid rank provider, each tracked keyword gets its daily position from Search Console (a rounded average over all impressions).

Not in Search Console yet?

Add and verify the site at search.google.com/search-console first (DNS record or HTML file). Data starts appearing there within a few days, and Gralus imports it on the next sync.
