Local SEO
Link your Google Business Profile, track Google Maps positions, read reviews and draft replies.
Link your business
Open Local (Maps) and click “Find the business on Google Maps”. Type the business name and town, for example “Smile Dental Leeds”, and click “Search Google Maps”. Results that link to your website are marked. Click “This is my business” on the right one.
Profile details, reviews and Maps positions arrive within about 45 minutes. Gralus reads public Google Maps data through DataForSEO; it does not sign in to your Google account and never changes anything on Google.
To pick a different listing or remove it, go to Settings → Business Profile and click Change or Unlink.
Maps searches
Under “Google Maps positions”, type a search customers use, such as “emergency plumber leeds”, and click “Track on Maps”, or click one of the suggestions. A site can track up to 25 Maps searches.
Each search is checked once a day from your business's own location on the map. The table shows your position, the change over 7 days, and who is in the top 3. “Who you share the map with” lists the businesses that show up next to you, with their rating and review count.
“Check now” runs everything again, at most once an hour.
Your profile
The profile card shows whether the listing is claimed, its address, phone, website, description and opening hours, with a link to open it on Google Maps. Tiles show your rating, number of reviews, average Maps position and number of photos. Profile details and reviews are refreshed once a week.
Does your website match Google?
Gralus compares your home page with the profile: the same phone number, the same address, the same business name, and LocalBusiness markup. Anything that does not match becomes a task.
Reviews
Google reviews lists up to 40 reviews, unanswered reviews from the last 90 days first, with a breakdown by star rating.
Review replies
Gralus drafts a reply for each unanswered review from the last 90 days, using your brand profile's tone and words to avoid. You can also click “Draft a reply” on any review, and ask for a rewrite (“shorter, more formal”).
Edit the reply if you like, click Copy, then “Reply on Google” to open the review and paste it as the owner reply. Gralus does not post replies for you.
Who can use it
Linking a business, adding searches and drafting replies need the Editor role or higher. Local SEO is included in every plan.
